Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required after the initial phone consultation. If you have questions as to which option may be best for you, please feel free to reach out. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before release of documents. Unfortunately, the work cannot begin until payment is made. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, as well as e-transfers.

Satisfaction Policy
There are numerous variables involved in the success of the job search process. It is impossible to offer a one-size-fits-all guarantee based on numbers or timelines. However, if you are unsatisfied with your final product, we will continue to work with you to find a solution and arrive at a place that you are happy with. We encourage you to provide feedback and take advantage of the revision process.
